This section of the website is dedicated to the Cancellation and Returns of your order(s), we recommend that you read the following information prior to placing your order the information will apply to your order in the event of you wanting to cancel or return your item(S). You may cancel your order under the CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2013 of United Kingdom. For the purpose of providing you with the option to return your item(S) it is important that you read the information presented below, this policy is offered in addition to your consumer rights.



To cancel your order, please contact as soon as possible, if your order has not yet been shipped we will refund your payment and cancel your goods. If the item(S), order has already been shipped then we can only accept your order cancellation as a RETURN and you will need to pay the associated costs for returning your item back to MAISON04.COM. Your refund will be approved after receipt and inspection of items and you will be notified. Should this be the case please follow the RETURNS PROCESS outlined below.

If you have any questions about returns please contact us via email prior to purchase, or within 14 days from the receipt of your order(s) if you have already placed an order.



  1. You may prefer to read our returns policy before making a purchase with us.

  2. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to arrange your return for a refund.

  3. You must first contact us via EMAIL before sending any returns and follow - MAKE MY RETURN #1, #2, #3 (please view how to return section below)

  4. For returning your items, you will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping and you are responsible for all associated costs of returning the item to us.

  5. You must process your return from the country that it was originally shipped to.

  6. Please use a reputable shipping company for returning your item(s) with tracking information or proof of postage, as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  7. Any associated costs for returning your goods to us will be paid by you.

  8. All items must be returned in perfect, new, unused, unworn, new condition unopened with all original packaging.

  9. MAISON04.COM and or MAISON FIN DE SAISON garment tags must still be attached to individual items(s).

  10. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

  11. Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period cannot be accepted.

  12. Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty and therefore not be accepted returns. The items will be sent back to you.

  13. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

  14. Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition.

  15. At present we do not provide exchanges on items and we cannot offer store credit until further notice.

  16. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the you.





You are required to email us with the below information before sending any returns to us.

  1. Email us at MAISON04.COM/RETURNS using subject line; I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER, your email should include (2 -10) as below;

  2. Your title and full name

  3. Correspondence details such as address and primary email address.

  4. Contactable number

  5. Total number of items being returned

  6. Description and item codes of all goods (found on the order acknowledgment email) 

  7. Reason (s) for return as per the returns policy

  8. Please provide a reason for your return as this enables us to make improvements. (A/too small B/too big, C/not my style, D/colour does not suit, E/other).

  9. Amount you paid at the time of purchase

  10. The delivery service you will use for returning the item(S)

  11. When we receive your return request via email we will acknowledge the same within 24 hours of receipt via email confirming your return.

  12. When you receive our email confirming your returns request, please follow  #2 MAKE MY RETURN


  1. PACK ITEMS: Pack the items in the original box and seal it securely to ensure item(S) are delivered back to us appropriately.

  2. RETURNS SHIPPING COMPANY: select a reputable shipping company to return your item(S) paying any associated costs.

  3. RETAIN PROOF OF RECEIPT : and a tracking number from your chosen shipping company. This is proof that the item was shipped by you back to us, in rare case the item is lost or stolen, which means it was not received by us, you will require this information to speak to your shipping company. We also recommend that you check if your shipping company provides insurance for your parcel and any details you require to know when using their service., Maison Fin De Saison holds no liability for your goods to reach us this is solely your responsibility.

  4. Please follow #3 MAKE MY RETURN 


  1. Once we receive your return(s), the goods will be inspected by us to ensure they meet our returns policy; (1) if the goods are returned in their original state a refund will be authorised within 14 days of receiving your return and email notification sent to you informing you of the acceptance of your return, you will receive a refund for the returned items via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

  2. The refund amount authorised will be less the original delivery cost charged to you at the time of placing your order (deducted), please view our TOS/TC.

  3. The time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on your bank and not on MAISON04.COM. However, on acceptance of your return under our RP, we will initiate the refund within 14 days to avoid any delays where possible.

USEFUL INFORMATION: We aim to process your refund within 48 hours once we receive your return and ensure the goods meet our return policy requirements. The processing time of the refund being transacted into your account is dependent on the bank you hold an account with. We advise 3 to 5 working days for the United Kingdom, international refunds may take longer. Only the person who made the the order in question can request a refund. You will not be able to request a refund if you are not the contract holder(buyer) due to nature of sensitive information provided for the purchase.


  • Although every effort has been made by us to display as accurately as possible the colours of item(s)/products on MAISON04.COM. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary. If you have any questions prior to purchasing an item please email us.

  • We may update our cancellation and returns process from time to time. The cancellation and returns process that was applicable at the time of purchasing your order will remain the same if you RETURN your order and our C&R have changed since.
